Claim your listing — it is free

If your business is in the directory, claiming it lets you correct the phone number, address, hours, and services the desk compiled from public sources. There is no fee, no tier, and no effect on where the listing appears: order is alphabetical and placement is not sold.

How to claim

Email hello@pestfactor.com from an address connected to the business, with the business name as listed, your name, and the corrections. The desk checks the claim against the public record of the business before marking a listing claimed — that check protects your listing from being claimed by someone else. If your business is not listed and should be, the same email starts that conversation; a basic listing is free in the same terms.

What claiming does and does not do

• It corrects and confirms your public details, and marks the listing as claimed by the business.
• It does not raise your position, add a rating or a review, or endorse the business — the directory publishes none of those.
• It does not sign you up for anything else. There is nothing else to sign up for on this desk.

Email is the desk's claim channel — there is no form. Write to the address above with the same details, from an address connected to the business, and include a return address the desk can answer to.
